Please read the following terms & conditions before using the CTS website. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website. By accessing, using and or downloading information from this website you agree to be bound by these terms.

Pricing
Prices quoted are:
a) Account Customers – ex vat
b) Non Account Customers – inc  vat

VAT will be charged on all invoices at the current rate (except on items which are zero rated).
The prices listed on the website supersede all previous price lists. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 
Prices shown are for the sale quantity listed. In some instances, where greater quantities are purchased, or sizes of the same type of product are purchased individual prices may be lower. The prices shown in these instances are not the total sale price.

Errors or Omissions
CTS reserve the right to correct clerical omissions or errors and not be bound to honour any price, offer made in error.

Delivery
Mainland UK – Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours of order (ex w/ends, bank holidays). Delivery is free to mainland UK for all orders over £100 (Inc VAT). Orders under £100 are subject to a minimum carriage charge of £4.95, Charges for certain postcodes may be higher.
Courier service is based on 3-5 days. Next delivery service available at extra cost, not all post codes.

Outside mainland UK – Please e-mail or call to clarify any carriage costs that may be applicable.

Payment

Account Customers – Settlement terms as agreed with CTS Dental Supplies.

Non-Account Customers – Visa, MasterCard & Switch.

CTS reserve the right to refuse credit card payments.

Returns

Returned goods will be accepted for credit, or exchange based on the following:

1) The buyer returns the goods to CTS.
2) The goods shall be returned to CTS within 14 days of purchase. Should they be returned after this period and CTS agree to return, a handling charge may be charged. No goods will be accepted for return 30 days after purchase.
3) Goods must be returned in original packaging, not open or used.
4) Returns must contain original invoice.
5) The goods being returned are under a manufacturers guarantee.
6) Goods delivered in error, faulty or subject to a product  recall.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Should goods be received damaged, CTS must be notified within 3 days of receipt by e-mail webcare@cts-dental.com or telephone. CTS Invoice  no to be quoted.

CTS will not be liable for any additional costs, ie return of faulty goods.

CTS cannot accept responsibility if returned goods are not received. Proof of postage will not be accepted for credit of goods.

Goods supplied, as a special order at your request will not be accepted for credit unless agreed.

Licensed products cannot be received for credit unless delivered in error, faulty or subject to a product recall.
